If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Beauté à Rabais is not responsible for:

  • delivery delays;
  • packages lost after delivery confirmation by the carrier;
  • address errors provided by the customer.

6. Final Sales, Returns, and Refunds

All sales made on Beauté à Rabais are final.

Due to the nature of the products sold, we do not accept any:

  • returns;
  • exchanges;
  • refunds.

No refunds will be granted for:

  • customer selection error;
  • change of mind;
  • incompatibility;
  • product misuse;
  • unmet expectation of results.

However, if a product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to the order, the customer must contact us within 72 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

We reserve the right to evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and, if applicable, offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution deemed appropriate.
